Oracle Social Network used at Customer Advisory Board

201204222327.jpg It is Collaborate time – the yearly Technology and Application Forum for the Oracle Community is taking place in Las Vegas this week.

I had the pleasure to attend the WebCenter Customer Advisory Board meeting where WebCenter customers are sharing their experience and best practices of their WebCenter implementations and provide valuable input and feedback to the WebCenter product management team.

For the first time, Oracle Social Network was used for real time conversation during the various presentations and to capture customer feedback.

It was a fascinating experience. During the presentation, customers were very active and provided real-time feedback, asked questions and made valuable suggestions.
